Was your wiki not created instantly? We do apologize should your wiki not be instantly created. However, in most situations, we have specific and valid reasons for why your wiki was not created automatically. We appreciate your understanding.

Payment with SEPA

SEPA payments take a week to process. Because SEPA payments don't complete instantly, we don't receive confirmation of payment for many days. Our system won't create the wiki automatically until the payment arrives, but once it does, our system immediately creates the wiki.

We understand this can be frustrating. Don't worry, you can still get your wiki before the SEPA payment completes! As a courtesy, we do offer to create your wiki before the SEPA payment fully settles. You can contact us to get your wiki created before the payment arrives.

My wiki was marked as fraud

Your wiki may have been marked as fraud if you use a VPN. We recommend disconnecting from a VPN and trying to create the wiki again. If that still fails, please open a support ticket with your account on the Client Panel and we'll get the situation sorted out for you. Don't worry - as long as it's clear you're not a spam bot and there's no evidence to suggest you might dodge payment, your account will be speedily manually reviewed, approved, and created.

The reason is not listed above

In very rare situations, something might have gone wrong on our systems. If that's the case, we are very sorry that we weren't able to provide the typical experience we strive for. Rest assured, we will be alerted to it and one of our staff will diagnose and resolve the situation before creating your wiki for you quickly.
